What we collect

Booking form: When you fill in the booking form, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, program interest, and an optional message.

Page analytics: We track page views, scroll depth, time on page, and button clicks to understand how visitors use the site. This data is tied to a random session ID (not your identity) and stored on Cloudflare. We do not use cookies.

Technical data: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and country to serve the site and for abuse prevention. We also log JavaScript errors to fix bugs.

Why

We use your form data to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use page analytics to improve the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used). We keep your details to manage our sales pipeline and follow up on your interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who sees it

Only the propose2close team. Your data is hosted on Cloudflare (EU/US, standard contractual clauses in place). Email notifications go through Resend (US, DPA in place). We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

How long

Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact. Page analytics: up to 12 months, then aggregated. If you become a client, financial records are kept for 7 years (Dutch fiscal obligation). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to restrict or object to processing. Email privacy@propose2close.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unsatisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
